I had the idea to be an exchange(交换)student in Germany in September, 2019. With tears in my eyes, I said1to my family. I shouted out, 'Let me alone.' But he only smiled, 'Not yet.' Then I was put on a wheel which was moving, and suddenly I was pushed to move around and around. 'Stop!' I cried. But my master only shook his head and said, 'Not yet.' Then he put me in the oven. I was fired at a very high heat. I wondered why he wanted to burn me, and I cried and knocked at the door. But he just shook his head."

"Finally, the door opened. He put me on the table, and I began to become cool. Then I was polished(被擦亮).After that, my master brushed and painted me all over. How terrible the smell was! I thought I would die. 'Stop!' I cried. He only shook his head, 'Not yet ' Then suddenly he put me into the second oven. This oven was twice as hot as the first one and I couldn't breathe at all. I begged (哀求).However, my master shook his head and said, 'Not yet.' I nearly lost hope. Just then, the door opened. He took me out and put me on the table again."

"One hour later he handed me a mirror and said, 'Look at yourself.' And I did so. I was surprised and said, 'That's not me. Why am I so beautiful?' 'I want you to remember, 'My master said, "without those pains, you would never be a perfect product."

It was a cold evening. I was in a restaurant wearing a pair of new white shoes when a boy of ten came to me. He was in an old large shirt, "Excuse me, sir! Could I clean your shoes?" the boy asked. "                   " I answered.

The boy was busy doing his work when a heavy rain began. More and more people rushed in and I could not find the boy. Several hours passed, I thought the boy would not return my shoes. When it was near midnight, the rain stopped. As the restaurant was to be closed. I had to move to the door.

To my surprise, at the door, I found the boy was sleeping without his old large shirt. He held a package wrapped (包裹)by his shirt in his arms. I shook him and woke him up. He jumped up and cleaned his eyes for a while before he recognized me. Then he opened the package hurriedly, gave my shoes back to me, and said. "I am sorry, sir." "It doesn't matter." I said. Then I thanked him and wrapped him with his unfit shirt. On my way home, the boy still stayed in my mind.

    Alex is reading a book about AI, artificial intelligence (人工智能).He finds the book a little difficult but very interesting. Though the word AI is very popular now, he enjoys reading it very much. He has learned a new idea about AI from the book.

When people ask AI a question, it answers the question in a very short time. So, people may feel that AI can think and answer questions as human beings do. Before Alex read this book, he believed this, too. However, this book says it will never happen. Actually, AI only uses a lot of information to get the best answer. So, when it has more information, the answer will be much closer to the perfect one. AI technologies will be cleverer tools for human beings to use. This book also says almost half of our jobs will be done by AI technologies in the near future. People will soon find more AI technologies in our lives, such as checking the tickets, the price, people's faces and fingers.

So, we believe that we will have much happier lives with these AI technologies around us.
