Most of the movies show our relationships and our society. What's more important is that people love to watch highs and lows of the relationships in movies. Friendship has been the f      subject of movie makers for a long time. Many movies are based on lovely relationships like friendship. Movies based on friendship make us r      that the relationship between friends is delicate(微妙的). These movies also show how important it is to have a true friend in life and to own the friendship.

    Friendship is described in different w       in movies. These movies show different faces of this lovely relationship including the pleasant and interesting faces. Let us discuss how friendship is described in movies.

    Friends share common interests. In most of the movies, it is shown that two people become friends e      when they have some common interests. For example, two friends may be in love with the same sports, studying in the same school or living in the same n      . You can see such friendship in movies such as in Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings. Harry Potter has two friends. Both of them are interested in magic.

Friends make sacrifices(牺牲). In most of the movies, friends make sacrifices for each other. A g      example is Sholay. In this movie, there are two friends, Jai and Veeru, who are there for each other till death. Jai sacrifices his life to save his friend.

    Friends never run away from difficulties. In movies, it is always shown that true friends always stand up for their friends in times of difficulties.

Friends can understand each other. In movies, friends understand each other w      even saying a word. A single smile can brighten up the faces of all the friends.

   In 1834, the clock tower in London was burned down. People planned to build a new clock which would be the biggest and best in the world. So the clock had to be big and keep very good time. The big clock was made in two years. Five more years later the tower was finished. Then people put the big clock in the tower, and made it ring out for the first time on July 11, 1859.

   In order to give the big clock a good name, people held a meeting. Someone wanted to call it the Queen of Bells, and someone thought Victoria was good. At last, a man named Benjamin Hall stood up. He was a big man. Before he started to speak, someone shouted, “Why not call it Big Ben?” Everybody laughed and agreed with him.

   From then on, Big Ben became its name. And it also became a famous building of London. People all over the world write to Big Ben. They even send birthday presents—bottles of oil-to help keep Big Ben running. Big Ben is not only a clock but also a dear friend of people.

    Wang Xingyu, 14, from Kunshan No. 2 Middle School, invented "a safe line' in the zebra crossing.        "I put a spray tube (喷管) in the zebra crossing. When the light is red and  somebody crosses, it sprays water. If the light is green, it will not work, "said Wang.        "Theres a water channel (管道) in the ground, so the water will be collected and used again, "he said.

    Zong Wangchen, 15, from Nantong Special Education Middle School, also got his invention idea from daily experience.        When he walked on the sidewalk for the blind, he often came across obstacles（障碍物 ）. Once he even hurt his nose.        Users tie radar on their knees and wear the loudspeaker around their necks. When they meet obstacles, the radar will see them and the loudspeaker will make a sound to tell the users.

    Chen Huijuan, an official from Jiangsu Association for Science and Technology, was surprised at these inventions."        Get inspiration（灵感） from small things in life and you can be an inventor too. "he said.
