Martin finished high school and he would go to college. The college is far away from his home. He didn't want to 1 the bus. So his father agreed to buy 2 a car.     Jogging is good for us and helps us live longer. It's easy to do. You do not have to spend much money jogging. You can do it in a park or even in your home. But many people find it boring after jogging for a while. Then how can we keep jogging fun? Here are some ideas to make your jogging more interesting.

    * You should choose to wear your favourite sports clothes and shoes when you jog. They make you more comfortable and more likely to run.

    * Always jog outdoors. By changing your route and choose another street, you will always have something interesting to enjoy on your way.

    * Take along your MP3 player and listen to your favourite songs when you jog. The music can make you excited without feeling bored.

    * It's also a good idea to jog with your friends. Join a running club, find a new running partner, or invite an old friend to go jogging. It's better to find a friend who runs a little faster than you. Then you can try to catch up him or her.

    I live in a beautiful city of Yunnan province. Many visitors come to my city every year.

    There are so many colorful pea­cocks(孔雀) here. Most peacocks live on the grass land of Spring Square. Some visitors give food to the birds freely. They usually throw food to them, and don't think about at all whether(是否) the food is right or not. Some of the peacocks became ill, some even died after eating the bad food from the visitors.

    I'm sure most of the visitors who throw food to the peacocks really like the birds, but don't know that they may be doing something bad to them.

    I think we should show a notice to tell the visitors that this kind of thing must be stopped. Also, we can build some small shops beside the square to sell peacock food. It's really important to give more love to these beautiful birds and to look after them carefully.
